Per Assembly Bill 104, students enrolled in high school in the 2020 – 2021 academic year who received a grade of D or F may apply to have a letter grade replaced by a Pass or No Pass grade. For those interested in applying, the deadlines are fast approaching this Friday and Sunday.

Completed applications must be submitted to your student’s counselor by Friday, August 13.
FOR JOHN BURROUGHS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Completed applications need to be submitted to DebraWade@burbankusd.org or your student’s counselor
by Sunday, August 15.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to know the Student ID number and the course number you are hoping to change the grade of, so you might need to contact your counselor to help obtain that information.
The following links provide information about how each of the college systems will deal with Pass or No Pass. Please be aware that some postsecondary institutions in other states may not accept a Pass or No Pass grade instead of a letter grade for admission purposes.
